We are the Chandlers
We are the Chandler family, church planting Missionaries to Brazil, South
America with Vision Baptist Missions. We are sent out of Cornerstone
Baptist Church in Logan, Ohio. Here is our story and how you can partner
with us to see more people accept Christ as their savior.
Our Testimonies

Tyler
I never grew up in church, I always thought that being a good person was what got you to heaven. I met my wife in 2015 and after we dated for a year I decided I wanted to marry her. I went to her parents to ask for their blessing to marry her. They wanted us to do marriage counseling with our pastor, so I agreed to sit down with him. The first week, my pastor shared with me what it meant to be saved and what it would look like to be a Christian. We left that night not saying much, prompting deep contemplation in the days that followed. Subsequently, at our next counseling session, after asking a few questions, I accepted Jesus as my Savior on July 25, 2017. Since then God gave me a burden to preach and a burden for souls.

Brianna
I was fortunate to have been raised in a Christian home where my parents consistently prioritized attending church. At the age of 7, following a Wednesday night service, I came to the realization that I needed Jesus as my savior. That very night, my mother sat me down and guided me on how to
establish a personal relationship with Jesus. As I entered my teenage years, I recognized the importance of deepening my relationship with God. I committed
to daily bible reading, and growing a closer bond with Him. Subsequently, I made the decision to fully surrender my life to Jesus. Each passing day, my adoration and devotion to Him continue to grow.
Experience and Training
Shortly after we were married, we were asked to teach the young children's SS
class. A year and a half later, we transitioned to the Jr. church class. During this period, I felt a calling to preach. In the fall of 2020, we decided to pursue further training. By early 2021, we relocated to Georgia to attend the Our Generation Training Center. After a few months of schooling, both of us developed a strong passion for missions. While in Georgia, we had the honor of serving at Jackson County Baptist Church in Jefferson, GA, where we worked with teens and supported various ministry activities like leading music and organizing events. Before completing my studies at the OGTC, my family and I went on an internship to Toluca, Mexico. Additionally, we have been actively involved in serving at our home church, from February 2023 to May 2024. Our roles included discipleship, leading music, teaching Sunday school classes, and more. We are grateful for the opportunities the Lord has provided for our growth and learning. We are excited to now be used by God, spreading His Word and love to others in Brazil.
Why Brazil?
My wife and I surrendered to the ministry in 2020 but weren’t sure where God
wanted us to serve. We continued to pray and ask God to give us a direction. God gave us a burden for the country of Brazil. Brazil has a population of 217 million individuals and 65% of the population is Roman Catholic. That's over half of the population believing in a religion that is leading them directly to hell. There is a great need for bible believing churches. These people need to know that there is only one person that can save them from their sins, Jesus Christ.
Ministry Plan
Evangelize
We believe that everyone needs to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and what He can do in their lives.
Discipleship
We believe that everyone should be discipled and have a firm foundation in the Lord. We are planning to disciple believers and help them to have a firm foundation and an excellent walk with God.
Plant Churches
We believe that God's plan to reach the world is through the local church. We plan to plant multiple churches in Brazil and the world.
Train Leaders
How can the world hear God's word without a preacher? Jesus trained his 12
disciples to preach and teach the Gospel to everyone. We plan to use Jesus' method of discipleship to train leaders to plant churches and train more men.
